100 days right to return

Please ensure that the goods are returned complete, undamaged and without damage or soiling in the original sales packaging. For returns within Germany, you can request a free return slip via our returns portal at www.zurueckschicken.de . Alternatively, please contact our customer service by email at shop@mail.surf4shoes.com or by phone at +49 (0) 7431-9898670.

After we have received and inspected the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days at the latest to the account used for payment or, if you paid with PayPal, to the associated PayPal account.

You are also granted our voluntary right of return. The statutory options, in particular the right of cancellation and your warranty rights, remain in place regardless of the above regulation.
