2. Please enclose the return slip with the return
   To avoid transport damage, please pack the goods in an outer box (you can also use our old outer packaging).
   
3. Create DHL shipping label here (free of charge) and print -click here-
   
4. Stick on the shipping label and drop off the package at the nearest post office (DHL)

Note: The process described does not constitute a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

In order to avoid double bookings and costs for returned direct debits, we ask you not to cancel the direct debit .
